Top 7 Exhibitors at Accountex

7 Must-See Exhibitors at Accountex that you need to have a look at this year

We have already discussed the MyFirmsApp Sales & Marketing Workshop that will be at Accountex, but our stand is only one of a multitude of attractions that will be hosted this year. From small local firms to medium sized regional branches all the way to huge international conglomerates, nearly every firm involved in Accountex is planning to make this year’s expo a year to remember. Here are the 7 must-see exhibitors at Accountex 2016:

2020 Innovation:

2020 Innovation is a leading global organisation that gives advice, provides innovative business solutions, client retention and lead generation strategies to progressive accountants around the world. There is a surprising consistency in the issues that accountancy firms face across the globe, which is why 2020 has offices in every continent. You will find 2020 at stand A944.

Institute of Certified Practicing Accountants (ICPA)

The ICPA was created as a reaction to the indifference and apathy displayed by the HMRC & the government towards small accountancy firms across the country, which frequently don’t have a unified voice that could make the government pay heed. MyFirmsApp has partnered with the ICPA to offer Apps as part of the ICPA’s Practice Growth scheme for members. The ICPA also offers CPE training, writes a quarterly magazine known as Accountancy Practice and offers free tax and practice helplines and has its very own App available on the iTunes and Google Play store. You will find the ICPA at stand A912.

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

The ACCA is one of the largest worldwide bodies for professional accountants whose main function is training future accountants and ensuring that firms worldwide adopt consistent standards. The ACCA maintains its core values of Opportunity, Diversity, Innovation, Integrity and Accountability by opening up the accountancy profession to people of any background and delivering exactly what trainee accountants and their employers need. The ACCA primarily works with small and medium-sized businesses across the world, particularly emerging economies. You will find the ACCA at stand A110.

Keytime

Keytime is a software development firm that has provided software to thousands of accountancy firms for over 25 years. Like Kashflow, Keytime is a part of the IRIS Software Group and has been shortlisted for Product of the Year by the British Accountancy Awards for three years running. Keytime also has an App available on the iTunes and Google Play storefront. You will find Keytime at stand A532.

BTCSoftware Ltd

BTCSoftware, as the name implies, is an award-winning software development company that produces Tax Software Solutions for accountancy and bookkeeping firms. Their main programs on offer are Practice Management, Self-Assessment, Accounts Production and Corporation Tax. BTCSoftware has also decided to offer a free App on Google Play & iTunes which provides a number of valuable services. You will find BTCSoftware at Stand A420.

Practice Ignition

Practice Ignition are a Software Development service that offers a unique service designed to cut back on unnecessary and tedious busywork by automating and auto-filling common outbound tasks such as engagement letters, proposal management, payment tracking, client management, compliance and also offers access to Xero and Quickbooks, which are invaluable cloud accounting services for your forward-thinking clients. You will find the Practice Ignition stand at A766.

Receipt Bank

Receipt Bank is a company that offers the Receipt Bank service, a program that offers to solve one of the most tedious parts of running an accountancy practice – data entry. Receipt Bank takes the most important information from bills, receipts & invoices and allows you to publish them to your accounting software, add it to your cloud or exported as a spreadsheet to create expense reports. Receipt bank is also incorporated into a number of Apps developed by MyFirmsApp. The Receipt Bank stand will be at A314.

Please come along and join us live on stand A1020 or in the App workshop next door, you can register for free tickets here.
