Financial planning firm enjoy great App success

Solomons Financial Planning are an independent advisory firm in Wimbledon, creating financial plans to reach their clients’ goals. They have been shortlisted for Advisor Firm of the Year in the Professional Advisor Awards 3 years running, most recently in 2016.

With around 80 clients, Solomons enable focus and dynamic thinking to achieve their success. Their IFA App however, available in both App stores, has further strengthened their brand. They, along with another client of ours Beaufort Financial Planning, rank in the top 5 of the App store when you search ‘Financial Planning’. This has led to over 900 downloads of the App – more than 10 times the number of clients they have, and all with zero promotion.

The download surge has also allowed Solomons to build up a user base of clients and prospects who they can segment and send targeted push notifications to drive user engagement. They can also take advantage of their high App store rating to target prospect downloads with the segmented notifications and generate new referrals.

And with a multitude of financial planning tools, pension and tax tables, and expense management features, their IFA App is continuing to draw in downloads and lead the way for the number one on-the-go financial planning platform.
