Gillian is the Head of Customer Care for MyFirmsApp having worked her way up from the App Demo Team. She brings over 25 years of commercial experience in various customer care roles within different organisations to our valued customer base at MyFirmsApp.

Gillian is always available on the end of the phone and takes personal pride in answering questions, handling queries and resolving any issues you may have. Gillian’s hard work, enthusiasm and willingness to help our clients succeed means she is integral to the App team. :)
