To deliver and report on the company's marketing and lead generation campaigns across all geographies and markets. This role has a strong digital slant so we are looking for someone with an awesome digital background as well as the ability to manage off line projects. For the right person, this role offers amazing opportunity for you to grow as we as a firm grow.
Work with senior management to create and deliver clearly defined tactical marketing plans for our global markets to support our agreed marketing strategy and company objectives
Generate high quality inbound leads and enquiries for the sales team to follow up
Deliver outbound campaigns for the telemarketing team to prospect from. This could be email, direct mail, 3rd party partners or social
Deliver outbound campaigns to support our webinar programme and recruit attendees
Acquisition of new prospect data
Manage and optimise all paid search activity and campaigns
Manage and optimise the company's website including all content, SEO and response monitoring always seeking to improve and increase traffic and conversions
Manage and monitor all social media for the business providing a proactive communication channel
Liaise with and manage the day to day relationship with our PR agency
Liaise with and manage the day to day relationship sand activities of 3rd party referral partners
Support the Customer Success team with the provision of regular and ad hoc customer communications
Own the company brand guidelines and act as brand champion
Mange the production of marketing and sales collateral
Manage our attendance at industry events
Monitor and track marketing ROI and MCAC
Provide regular reporting on marketing activities and results
Manage and monitor marketing spend within agreed budgets
Skills and Experience:
In-depth understanding and hands on experience of running and optimising paid search campaigns on Google Adwords and social platforms
Hands on experience of creating and monitoring successful email campaigns. Knowledge of platforms such as MailChimp would be advantageous
Hands on experience of creating content within web CMS such as WordPress
Strong analytical skills
Excellent copy writing skills
Excellent excel skills and analytical capability
Experience of working with CRM's and prospect data
Experience of working with web platforms such as GoToWebinar would be useful
Understanding of design and print
Experience of managing event attendance
Ability to work with numbers and manage budgets
Experience of PR
An eye for detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
