Refer a Friend Questionnaire Brief

Welcome to the unique and powerful ‘Refer-A-Friend’ (RAF) system developed exclusively for clients of MyFirmsApp. This system includes App functionality, plus a dedicated web landing page for your firm, and extensive online dashboard and reporting software, which will be built into your current App Control Panel login.

While you are already a current App client and you will have previously shared some of this information during your original App creation; please do complete all questions/fields below as the information provided in these, will be used (exactly as entered) throughout your Refer-A-Friend feature and system.

'Refer a Friend' Button Position

Please specify the position of the ‘Refer A Friend’ button on your App. Looking at your current App, in portrait view on your device, and counting the top left button as number 1; working from top left to right, please tell us the position number you would like your ‘RAF’ button to sit. In the examples below, you might choose to have your button as position ‘6’


When the referrer issues a referral through your App, they can do so as direct email or text message to an individual, or via a general ‘broadcast’ sent through a social media channel or to a group email/text. When this happens, the following pre-written copy would be sent. This copy includes your incentive, if you’ve chosen one. The referrer does have the option to edit this before they press send. Please click the ‘use default text’ button below to accept it, or edit as you see fit. Whatever is submitted through this form, in that box, will be used exactly as entered, so please be sure you are happy with it now.

Where there is a hyperlink such as ‘here’ in the copy below, we will link this to your dedicated web-landing page.
