If you have already made an initial payment over the telephone, please be aware that your direct debit will only be used for recurring payments where appropriate (you will not be charged twice).

  • We only ever take payments for services we have agreed. All of our services are agreed in advance with you, and direct debit only ever follows a signed agreement between us both.
